Refunds and Replacements 

Refunds and replacements are accepted within 30 days from placing order, only in these circumstances:

• DTG print items - if there is issue with the print, damaged in transit or general manufacture defect to the item itself.
• Other items if damaged in transit, or genenral manufacture defect to the item itself.

Returns 

Returns are not accepted.

When you order your product, it is specially designed and prepared for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

Cancel or make changes to your order

The factory will make a production plan within 24 hours after you submit your order, so the customised information cannot be changed once submitted, please check your customised information carefully.
